Hotel Phillips is about to get a little taste of Chicago. Arbor Lodging Partners announced its cooperation with Chicago-based DMK Restaurants to create a new restaurant concept for the historic Kansas City hotel. DMK owns several popular restaurants throughout Chicago, including DMK Burger Bar, Ada Street, and Rec Room.
