Arbor Lodging Partners, NVN Hotels’ investment affiliate, and Chicago-based DMK Restaurants announced the concept for the new restaurant in Kansas City’s historic Hotel Phillips. Tavernonna Italian Kitchen will incorporate the rich, varied history of Italian food while celebrating locally sourced ingredients.
