Arbor Lodging Partners Honored with Leading Industry Award

CHICAGO (AUGUST 2021) — Chicago-based hotel investment and management company, Arbor Lodging Partners, was recently announced a winner during the awards presentation of the Americas Lodging Investment Summit (ALIS) on Wednesday, July 28. Arbor Lodging Partners was honored with the Merger & Acquisition of the Year 2020 award for its substantial 12-hotel portfolio acquisition in January of 2020. The acquisition expanded Arbor Lodging Partners’ portfolio to 37 unique, diverse full-service and select-service properties across the United States, and has further established Arbor Lodging as a leader in the hospitality industry.

Arbor’s winning portfolio consisted of the Hilton Garden Inn Pasadena/Arcadia, Springhill Suites Pasadena/Arcadia, Hampton Inn Irvine/Lake Forest, Hilton Garden Inn Irvine/Lake Forest, Hilton Garden Inn Bakersfield, Hilton Garden Inn Folsom, Hilton Garden Inn Roseville, Courtyard Inn Hartford/Farmington, Residence Inn Hartford/Rocky Hill, Homewood Suites Wallingford, Homewood Suites Somerset and Residence Inn Mount Olive. Expanding its portfolio to 37 full-service and select-service hotels consisting of nearly 5,000 rooms across 21 markets in 15 states, Arbor Lodging Partners continues to establish its position as a leading national player in the hospitality industry.
