Arbor Lodging Partners, a national hospitality investment company based in Chicago, has formed a board of directors as the company expands its hotel acquisition program. Founding members of the board will include Michael Newman, Steve Mikol and Kenneth Munkacy.
The three directors bring significant experience and investment expertise to Arbor Lodging Partners. Michael Newman is CEO of international real estate investment and development firm Golub & Company, Steve Mikol is a co-founder of Sage Hospitality and now leads Dakota Ridge Development, LLC, a hospitality development and advisory firm, and Kenneth Munkacy is Senior Managing Director, International Group, at GID Investment Advisers, a global multi-asset class real estate investment firm.
