Victor Flores is Corporate Trainer at Arbor Lodging Management. In this capacity, he is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring all property level and corporate training programs, with a particular focus on guest service. Prior to joining Arbor Lodging Management, Victor served as Legal Recruiting Assistant for Jenner & Block, where he performed administrative functions such as updating records, scheduling interviews and analyzing data. He also has served as Manager of Business Development at Brilliant, where he was responsible for building client relationships to connect experienced financial and accounting professionals with organizations seeking new talent.
